Glory surprisingly saturated the nativity scene. It was all far more significant than anyone knew. It is a story painted in bright illumination and baffling irony. God discloses Himself in the most unsuspecting manner. Figures find their fulfillment, anticipations their answer. All the promises of God and hopes of His people locate their singular meeting place in the revelation given that holy night. All the shadows of glory prefigured give way to their substance in the presentation disclosed here. This is a Christmas message that beholds the glory of God presented in birth of Christ.
