Judged by Justice Alone - Part 2
Having exposed the unrighteousness of self-righteousness, Paul continues the indictment against his impenitent kinsmen with a second major argument. God judges all moral crimes by justice alone, that is with impeccable impartiality. Justice has no favorites and takes no bribe. It is blind to appearances, status, esteem, privilege, pedigree, and creed. The exposition of this passage is given in two parts. In this second part, particular care is given to explain how verses 7 and 10 fit into the whole and contribute to Paul’s argument that God judges by justice alone—impartially.
