The chief objection to the glorious truth of predestination is the flipside of election, often identified theologically as reprobation. It properly describes the act of reproving or raising objections against a person and thus disapproving or condemning them. This session considers the doctrine of reprobation in the passage that most directly deals with it: Romans 9. Our view of Christ is at stake. Our delight in the gospel is at stake. These are ultimate matters that deserve our careful consideration.
